Silent Disco Yoga Event - WWH Beach

A truly Unique event for all of the family.

Join me and take part in this outdoor Yoga event that is choreographed to Music. (Don't worry it's simple and not complicated)

The class is taught through Wireless headsets that stay on your head whilst moving. You'll be able to hear both my voice and the music.

Actively take part in the Yoga practise or sit and watch the waves whilst listening to some cool tunes. Feel the sea breeze and hopefully some glorious sunshine on your face.

Headsets are provided however, you will need your own Yoga mat.

This is weather dependent and if the weather is too bad, the event will be rescheduled for another time or moved to a local indoor venue.

The event will be held on Westward Ho! Beach near the Sandymere entrance. You can park in the burrows carpark or somewhere else and walk down. You will find me to the left of the bridge. This is the bridge that leads from the carpark to the beach.

The night before I will send out an email *Please check your junk folder and I will leave my Mobile incase you get lost. However, please leave with plenty of time.
