The Full Moon is fasting approaching and will be at its fullest at approximately 5.34am on 6th April. It's called a Pink Moon and will be in Air Sign of Libra. Read on to find out how to use the power of this Full Moon and what you can expect during this next cycle.

This particular full moon is known as the Pink Moon because it's the first full moon of spring in the northern hemisphere. The name derives from a pink flower that blooms in spring in North America.

Question Social Connections

Libra is an air sign that is known to love being around others. With that being said you may find that during this next phase of the moon, you crave that social connection and interaction with others more so than you would normally.

Maybe you're looking at your inner circle and questioning those connections and the quality of them. Questioning whether or not they're raising your vibration or lowering it. No thing stays the same, we are all constantly shifting and evolving and so it's no wonder that there are times when those in our inner circle have moved and in a different direction. Heck maybe it's you that's done all the shifting and moving.

It's okay and it doesn't mean that you have to discard those of your nearest and dearest. What it does mean is that it's a good time to question the value of those connections and not only how are they serving you but how are you serving them?

Journal Exercise

How do I feel about my inner circle? Who is in it? Who do I feel safe with? Who do I feel connected to? Who would I love to spend more time with? How could I cultivate feelings of connection without others?

Balance Baby!

Libras are well-balanced beings that thrive on order. Because they crave balance they are the kings and queens of compromise and like making peace between others. So what does this mean during this time?

It means that it is a great time to look at the order of things in your life right now. What areas of your life are out of balance? Are you trying to compromise too much and not getting your own needs met? Are you avoiding speaking your truth through fear of avoiding confrontation?

This is a great time to clear the air and in a loving and compassionate way. Speak to others whom you have held back from and clear the spring air. If that is too much, write it down and maybe burn it if it's too powerful. The main point here is to release that energy and clear the decks thus creating space for some fresh energy.

Those areas that are out of whack, look at what the cause is. This is the time to take stock and question what is serving and what isn't. As we bounce into spring there isn't time to hold onto the things that are causing disarray. Life is too short to feel physically unwell or emotionally uncentered.

Where are the imbalances in my life right now?

What needs to change?

What's one thing that I can change right now that would help?

Our next Gorgeous Full Moon is happening on March 7th so I hope you’re ready with your journals and crystals?

Of course you are! Well let’s get down to the nitty gritty. What can you expect during this Full Moon in Virgo? Read on to find out more..

This is the time to get practical, particularly in the preparation for the next season that’s fast approaching - Spring. No doubt you’re itching to put your ideas and desires into practice, however there’s a real need during this next month to put your thinking cap on first before simply jumping straight in.

I would also add be careful not to want everything to be too perfect. Plan and prepare by all means but leave a little wiggle room for magic. What I mean by that is leave room for those big picture ideas that you don’t know how they’re going to unfold but trust that they will. Things don’t need to be perfect, it’s simply about making a start and letting the rest unfold naturally.

With your future plans don’t be too stubborn. Like I say “wiggle room” you don’t need to know how everything is going to unfold just hold faith that it will and keep focused on what it is that you want. Let the universe guide you with the rest.

I really do want to reiterate, don’t be too rigid in how it’s got to be. It’s like that song but the opposite. It hasn’t got to be perfect but it will be worth it.

Lastly, on the thread of planning and preparing for your exciting future avoid overthinking. This just zaps your energy and vibration and takes you out of alignment. Trust.

Have you been over critical with those you love recently? Have your expectations of them been too high? Perhaps this is a time to remind yourself of their humanity and remind them that you’re sorry and you love them. Love is in the (soon to be spring) air, okay I know I’m jumping a little ahead of myself here but the point being; this is a time to be thoughtful towards others.

Use your grounding practices such as yoga, journaling and meditation, these are going to be real game changers for you during these next coming weeks. These are some of my suggestions however anything that grounds you, hell walk on the beach or in the woods barefoot if that connects you to mother earth herself.

From now until spring get your head down and graft towards the very things that your heart desires. Throw yourself into a project or hobby that you’ve been craving to get your teeth stuck into. Use the hardworking energy of Virgo.

If you’ve been yearning to put your creative juices into; art, dance, or writing then these outlets as they will inspire you and enable you to come up with innovative ways at overcoming any obstacles that may be blocking your progress towards your future self.

One thing that this virgo energy is strongly sharing with us is the need to be patient. Don’t push or battle, relinquish and surrender. Wait and allow the process to unfold.

I look forward to hearing about your very Wild life. Go out there and be Wild.

So here we are again, it’s that time in the Moon’s cycle where our emotions are brought to the forefront and we just simply cannot escape them. Think of the Full Moon as an opportunity to have a spring clean, a clear out if you may, so that you can start fresh and focus on the New Moon energy and all that you wish to call in.

Our next Full Moon occurs on Sunday 5th February at 6.30pm GMT approximately (give or take) and is in the star sign of Leo.

This sign is linked to the Solar Plexus Chakra which is located above the navel and below the heart. This sign is also ruled by the sun. However, you don’t need to be a Leo to be affected by this masculine, fiery energy.

So here goes; Leo rules the heart and so this month, especially with Valentine’s Day just around the corner, it’s time to draw your attention to those nearest and dearest to you.

Take stock of those people you've surrounded yourself with and establish how those relationships are serving and nurturing you and in the same breath how you’re serving those.

This month speaks (yet again) about Community and a sense of belonging.

Relationships that are closest to you will come into question as you uncover the person you are evolving into and what your current needs are. This may be a time where that expression; friends for a reason, season and/or a lifetime comes into play. So if some people are no longer in alignment with your current values and/or beliefs it’s not a case of cutting them out but maybe a time to take a step back and reevaluate.

This may be a time to seek your tribe that feeds your soul, seek out those souls that nurture your sense of belonging and give you that sense of connection.

In the next breath this is a time to surrender. This is where the serenity prayer comes into its own. God grant me the strength to accept the things that I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.

On another note be aware of your pride and if it’s standing in your way, plus have awareness of those times where you're making it all about you. The art of living is giving. Sometimes when all the attention is focused on ourselves we lose a sense of ourselves and how to be of service to the world. We can better serve and deliver our sense of purpose when we think about others.

Last and by no means least; be aware of those digestive issues and think about eating foods that not only cleanse your body but feed every cell. We’re talking about whole, live foods. Foods that are perishable and haven’t gone through many processes to end up on your plate. Locally sourced foods that are jam packed with vital nutrients because you'll need the energy as we move into this next phase of the year.

Note - This is the time to - Trust your gut, don’t ignore it and use this masculine energy to go forward. Use that willpower and determination and connect to that sense of :- I am, I can, I will and I do.

And so it is. For more of this stuff, check out my Wild Women UK group Leigh Xx
